Notification of Irregularities. Administrator shall monitor diligently its performance under this Agreement.
Notification of Irregularities. In the event that Organisation detects any breach relating either directly or indirectly to the security of the Testing Site, the Organisation shall notify ETS Global immediately by submitting a completed report form. Organisation will provide ETS Global and ETS with any assistance reasonably requested in relation to any investigation into a breach of Test integrity and security.

In the event that EPA detects any breach relating either directly or indirectly to the security of Test Materials and Test Administrations, the EPA shall notify ETS Global immediately. RTU Riga Business School will immediately complete the Irregularity Report (B) of the Test Administration Procedures Manual and return to ETS Global. RTU Riga Business School will provide ETS Global and ETS with any assistance reasonably requested in relation to any investigation into a breach of Test integrity and security.
