Common use of NOTIFICATION OF LATE UNCONDITIONAL PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

NOTIFICATION OF LATE UNCONDITIONAL PAYMENT. in the event of any unconditional payment to the Principal Paying Agent any other relevant Paying Agent) or the Note Trustee of any sum due in respect of any of the First Issuer Notes being made after the due date for payment thereof forthwith give or procure to be given notice to the relevant Noteholders in accordance with Condition 14 that such payment has been made;
