Common use of Notification of License Transfer Clause in Contracts

Notification of License Transfer. Enrolled Affiliate must notify Microsoft of a License transfer by completing a license transfer form, which can be obtained from xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/contracts and sending the completed form to Microsoft before the License transfer. No License transfer will be valid unless Enrolled Affiliate provides to the transferee, and the transferee accepts in writing, the applicable Use Rights, use restrictions, limitations of liability (including exclusions and warranty provisions), and the transfer restrictions described in this section. Any License transfer not made in compliance with this section will be void.
