The Lender shall promptly notify the Borrowers if no rate is quoted on Telerate Page 3750 or if for any reason the Lender is unable to obtain Dollars in the London Interbank Market in order to fund the Loan (or any part of it) during any Interest Period, stating the circumstances which have caused such notice to be given.
