Common use of Notification of market disruption Clause in Contracts

Notification of market disruption. The Lender shall promptly notify the Borrowers if the rate quoted on REUTERS BBA Page LIBOR 01 does not reflect the Lender's cost of obtaining matching deposits in the London Interbank Market or if for any reason the Lender is unable to obtain Dollars in the London Interbank Market in order to fund the Loan (or any part of it) during any Interest Period, stating the circumstances which have caused such notice to be given.

Notification of market disruption. The Lender shall promptly notify the Borrowers if the no rate is quoted on REUTERS Reuters BBA Page LIBOR 01 does not reflect the Lender's cost of obtaining matching deposits in the London Interbank Market LIBOR01 or if for any reason the Lender is unable to obtain Dollars in the London Interbank Market in order to fund the Loan (or any part of it) or an Advance during any Interest Period, stating the circumstances which have caused such notice to be given.

The Lender Bank shall promptly notify the Borrowers if the no rate is quoted on REUTERS Reuters BBA Page LIBOR 01 does not reflect or the Lender's Bank determines (in its sole discretion) that the cost to it of obtaining matching deposits in the London Interbank Market to fund the Loan (or the relevant part thereof) for such Interest Period would be in excess of the Interbank Rate or if for any reason the Lender Bank is unable to obtain Dollars in the London Interbank Market in order to fund the Loan (or any part of it) during any Interest Period, stating the circumstances which have caused such notice to be given.

The Lender shall promptly notify the Borrowers Borrower if no rate is quoted on Reuters BBA Page LIBOR01, if the rate quoted on REUTERS Reuters BBA Page LIBOR 01 does not reflect represent the Lender's cost of obtaining matching deposits in funding of the London Interbank Market Lender for the applicable Interest Period or if for any reason the Lender is unable to obtain Dollars in the London Interbank Market in order to fund the Loan (or any part of it) during any Interest Period, stating the circumstances which have caused such notice to be given.
