Notification of Material Adverse Change. Immediately upon acquiring knowledge of any material adverse change in its assets, liabilities, financial condition, business, operations, affairs or circumstances, notify Agent in writing thereof, setting forth the nature of such change in reasonable detail and will take or cause to be taken all such steps as are necessary or appropriate to remedy promptly any such change.
