Common use of Notification of Material Changes in Business Clause in Contracts

Notification of Material Changes in Business. Contractor agrees that if it experiences any material changes in its business, including a reorganization, refinancing, restructuring, leveraged buyout, bankruptcy, name change, or loss of key personnel, it will immediately notify the City of the changes. Contractor also agrees to immediately notify the City of any condition that may jeopardize the scheduled delivery or fulfillment of Contractor's obligations to the City under this Contract.
