Common use of Notification of Non-payment Clause in Contracts

Notification of Non-payment. The Fiscal Agent shall as soon as reasonably possible notify each of the other Agents and the Issuer if it has not received the amount referred to in Clause 4.1 by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive such amount.

No Agent shall be obliged to pay any such claims until the Agent has received the full amount of all such payments.

An Agent shall not be bound to make payment until satisfied that it will receive full payment has been received by such amountAgent from the Issuer in cleared funds.
