Notification of Owners. Vistana will notify all Owners of Vacation Ownership Interests in such Deflagged Club, pursuant to a form of notice agreed to by the parties, that the Deflagged Club is no longer affiliated with the Licensed Marks or the Applicable System and is no longer a Licensed Club;
