NOTIFICATION OF OWNERSHIP CHANGES. The Contractor shall notify VRE in writing when the Contractor becomes aware that a change in its ownership is certain to occur. The Contractor shall also include this provision in all subcontracts under this Contract, requiring each s Subcontractor to notify VRE in writing when the Subcontractor becomes aware that a change in its ownership is certain to occur.
