Notification of PAC Activities. The PAC agrees to notify the ACA in advance of all activities to be insured, in accordance with the following requirements: a. Initial Schedule of Activities: The PAC agrees to provide an initial schedule of activities within 30 days of the submission of this agreement. b. Schedule additions and deletions: The PAC may add activities to or delete activities from its schedule of insured activities by notifying the ACA Insurance Department. Additions to its schedule must describe the activity and identify the planned venue (subject to Section II.C.1.c, below). Cancellations and deletions from the PAC’s schedule must be submitted as soon as possible. Email notifications sent to “xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx” are acceptable, only if the ACA Insurance Department receives notification by 4pm eastern time on the business day prior to the start of the activity.

PACs are NOT required to submit annual event calendars/notifications of events. b. PACs are NOT required to submit individual event insurance requests EXCEPT in the case of events being held on Class III whitewater or above. c. Class III and Higher Whitewater: The PAC will submit an Insurance Request Form (online form submission only) along with other requested documents 10 business days from the activity start date that takes place on class III and higher whitewater. The Insurance Request Form must be reviewed and approved by the ACA National Office before coverage is granted. i. Venue changes for Class III and Higher Whitewater events: The PAC may make venue changes due to weather and water conditions, so long as notification is submitted to the ACA Insurance Department 48 hours prior to the start of the event and the resulting activity complies with the ACA’s Risk Management Guidelines (See Section II.C.3).

  • Services to Other Clients; Certain Affiliated Activities (a) The relationship between the Asset Manager and the Series is as described in this Agreement and nothing in this Agreement, none of the services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement, nor any other matter, shall oblige the Asset Manager to accept responsibilities that are more extensive than those set forth in this Agreement. (b) The Asset Manager’s services to the Series are not exclusive.
