NOTIFICATION OF PARTIAL REDEMPTIONS. In the event there is to be any partial redemption of the Notes pursuant to Note Condition 6 on any Interest Payment Date, the Issuer shall give each of the Principal Paying Agent and the New York Paying Agent five Business Days notice of the amount of the Principal Amount Outstanding of each Note to be redeemed on such Interest Payment Date.
