Notification of provisional Auction results. 1. The Allocation Platform shall publish on its website the provisional Auction results as soon as possible but not later than specified in the final Auction Specification. 2. The publication of the provisional Auction results for each Bidding Zone border included in the Auction shall comprise at least the following data: (a) total requested Long Term Transmission Rights in MW; (b) total allocated Long Term Transmission Rights in MW; (c) Marginal Price in Euros/MW per hour; (d) number of Registered Participants participating in the Auction; (e) list of names and number of Registered Participants who placed at least one winning Bid in the Auction; (f) list of registered Bids without identification of the Registered Participants (bid curve); and (g) Congestion Income per Bidding Zone. 3. No later than 30 minutes after the publication of the provisional Auction results the Allocation Platform shall make available via the Auction Tool to each Registered Participant who submitted a Bid to a specific Auction for each Bidding Zone border included in the Auction at least the following data: (a) allocated Long Term Transmission Rights for each hour of the Product Period in MW; (b) Marginal Price in Euros/MW per hour; and (c) due amount for allocated Long Term Transmission Rights in Euro, rounded to two decimal places; and (d) due amount for one monthly instalment for allocated Long Term Transmission Rights in Euro, rounded to two decimal places, in the event that the Product Period is longer than one month. 4. In the event that the Auction Tool is unavailable, the Allocation Platform shall inform the Registered Participants of the provisional Auction Results in accordance with CHAPTER 8.

(d) due amount for one monthly instalment for XXX assigned to the allocated Long Term Daily Transmission Rights in Euro, rounded to two decimal places, in the event that the Product Period is longer than one monthRights. 4. In the event that the Auction Tool is unavailable, the Allocation Platform shall inform the Registered Participants of the provisional Auction Results in accordance with CHAPTER 86.

In the event that the Auction Tool is unavailable, the Allocation Platform shall inform the Registered Participants of the provisional Auction Results in accordance with CHAPTER 8.

In the event that the Auction Tool is unavailable, the Allocation Platform shall inform the Registered Participants of the provisional Auction Results in accordance with CHAPTER 86.

No later than 30 minutes As soon as possible after the publication of the provisional Auction results the Allocation Platform shall make available provide via the Auction Tool and notify to each Registered Participant who submitted a Bid to a specific Auction for each Bidding Zone border included in the Auction at least the following data: (a) allocated Long Term Intraday Transmission Rights for each hour of the Product Period in MW; (b) Marginal Price in EurosEUR/MW per hour; and (c) due amount for allocated Long Term Intraday Transmission Rights in EuroEUR, rounded to two decimal places; and (d) due amount for one monthly instalment for allocated Long Term Transmission Rights in Euro, rounded to two decimal places, in the event that the Product Period is longer than one month. 4. In the event that the Auction Tool is unavailable, the Allocation Platform shall inform the Registered Participants of the provisional Auction Results in accordance with CHAPTER 8via email.

In the event that the Auction Tool is unavailable, the Single Allocation Platform shall inform the Registered Participants of the provisional Auction Results in accordance with CHAPTER Title 8.

Marginal Price in Euros/MW per hour; and (c) c. due amount for allocated Long Term Transmission Rights in Euro, rounded to two decimal places; and (d) d. due amount for one monthly instalment for allocated Long Term Transmission Rights in Euro, rounded to two decimal places, in the event that the Product Period is longer than one month. 4. In At the event that end of the Auction Tool is unavailable, fourth (4th) Working Day after the Allocation Platform shall inform the Registered Participants publication of the provisional Auction Results in accordance and unless an Auction is cancelled, the provisional Auction results shall be considered as final and binding with CHAPTER 8no further notification.

In the event that the Auction Tool is unavailable, the Allocation Platform shall inform the Registered Participants of the provisional Auction Results in accordance with CHAPTER 8.6. Article 34‌‌

No later than 30 minutes after the publication of the provisional Auction results the Allocation Platform shall make available via the Auction Tool and notify to each Registered Participant who submitted a Bid to a specific Auction for each Bidding Zone border included in the Auction at least the following data: (a) allocated Long Term Daily Transmission Rights for each hour of the Product Period in MW; (b) Marginal Price in Euros/MW per hour; and (c) due amount for allocated Long Term Daily Transmission Rights in Euro, rounded to two decimal places; and (d) due amount for one monthly instalment for allocated Long Term Transmission Rights in Euro, rounded to two decimal places, in the event that the Product Period is longer than one month. 4. In the event that the Auction Tool is unavailable, the Allocation Platform shall inform the Registered Participants of the provisional Auction Results in accordance with CHAPTER 86. 5. In case a contestation period is not foreseen on the concerned border in the border specific annex, the results shall be considered as final and binding immediately with no further notification

In the event that the Auction Tool is unavailable, the Allocation Platform shall inform the Registered Participants of the provisional Auction Results in accordance with CHAPTER 86.

No later than 30 minutes As soon as possible after the publication of the provisional Auction results the Allocation Platform shall make available provide via the Auction Tool and notify to each Registered Participant who submitted a Bid to a specific Auction for each Bidding Zone border included in the Auction at least the following data: (a) allocated Long Term Daily Transmission Rights for each hour of the Product Period in MW; (b) Marginal Price in EurosEUR/MW per hour; and (c) due amount for allocated Long Term Daily Transmission Rights in EuroEUR, rounded to two decimal places; and (d) due amount for one monthly instalment for allocated Long Term Transmission Rights in Euro, rounded to two decimal places, in the event that the Product Period is longer than one month. 4. In the event that the Auction Tool is unavailable, the Allocation Platform shall inform the Registered Participants of the provisional Auction Results results in accordance with CHAPTER 86.
