(a) By 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on each Regular Record Date with respect to each series of Series 1999-1 Senior Notes, the Trustee shall determine the aggregate amounts of interest distributable on the next succeeding Interest Payment Date to the beneficial owners of such series.
