Notification of rates of interest. Without prejudice to the obligation of the Borrower to pay interest calculated at any applicable rate under this Clause 8, the Facility Agent shall notify the Senior Facility A Lenders and the Borrower, as soon as reasonably practicable: 8.4.1 of the determination of a rate of interest under this Agreement; 8.4.2 when interest commences to accrue at the rate calculated by reference to the Applicable Margin specified in Clause 1.1.1(b) (Definitions).
