Prior to accepting employment with any person, firm or entity during the Restricted Period, the Executive shall notify the prospective employer in writing of his obligations pursuant to this paragraph 8 and shall simultaneously provide a copy of such notice to the Company (it being agreed by the Company that such notification required under this paragraph 8(e) shall not be deemed a breach of the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement).
