Notification of Restrictive Covenants. Executive acknowledges that the Company may serve notice upon any party in the electronic manufacturing services or engineering services industries with whom Executive accepts employment, a consulting engagement, engagement as an independent contractor, partnership, joint venture or other association if the Company reasonably believes that Executive’s activities may constitute a violation of Executive’s obligations under Section 11.1 or 11.2 above. Such notice may inform the recipient that Executive is party to this Agreement and may include a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.
