Notification of Security Breach to Clients. Subrecipient and its Lower Tier Subrecipient shall give written notice to any Client or data subject whose confidential, sensitive and/or personal identifying information may have been breached in accordance with HIPAA, the Information Practices Act of 1977, and State policy.
