Notification of Senior Credit Agreement Modification. Each of ColorTyme and RAC agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, to Lender a copy of each modification of the Senior Credit Agreement within ten (10) business days after such modification has been duly executed by all required parties and is deemed effective.
