NOTIFICATION OF UNCONDITIONAL PAYMENT. in the event of the unconditional payment to the New York Paying Agent of any sum due in respect of the Notes (or any of them) being made after the due date for payment thereof, forthwith give or procure to be given notice to Noteholders in accordance with Note Condition 14 that such payment has been made;
