Common use of Notification of Violations Clause in Contracts

Notification of Violations. Contractor shall provide copies of any notices of violation that it receives (or that any Subcontractor receives and that are provided to Contractor) from any Regulatory Agency during the term of this Agreement related to the operation of the Composting Facility or the performance of the Services. Contractor shall provide to the SBWMA copies of such regulatory notices within three (3) business days of receiving them.
