Notification Regarding Disclosure Package. If, at any time prior to the filing of the Final Prospectus pursuant to Rule 424(b), any event occurs as a result of which the Disclosure Package would include any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state any material fact necessary in order to make the statements therein in the light of the circumstances under which they were made or the circumstances then prevailing not misleading, or if it shall be necessary to amend or supplement the Preliminary Prospectus or file an Issuer Free Writing Prospectus or otherwise amend or supplement the Disclosure Package to comply with the Securities Act or the Exchange Act or the respective rules thereunder, the Company will (i) notify promptly the Representative so that any use of the Disclosure Package may cease until the Disclosure Package is amended or supplemented; (ii) amend or supplement the Disclosure Package to correct such statement or omission or otherwise comply with the Securities Act or the Exchange Act or the respective rules thereunder; and (iii) supply any amendment or supplement to you in such quantities as you may reasonably request.
