Notification Regarding Letting/Transfer. (i) If the Allottee/Transferee lets out or transfers the Said Shop/Apartment and Appurtenances, the Allottee/Transferee shall immediately notify the Facility Manager/the Association (upon formation) of the tenant's/Allottee’s/Allottee/Transferee’s name, address and telephone number.
