Notification Regarding Liens. The General Contractor shall immediately notify the Owner and Professional(s), both orally and in writing, of the nature and details of any mechanics' liens, construction liens, General Contractor's trust fund claims, or claims of any type made by anyone against the Owner, the Professional(s), the General Contractor or any subcontractor or supplier of any of them or against the Project whether or not such claims arise from the Work.
