Notification Requirements. Lessee shall promptly notify Lessor in writing upon Lessee obtaining actual knowledge of (i) any Releases or Threatened Releases in, on, under or from the Property other than in Permitted Amounts, or migrating towards the Property; (ii) any non-compliance with any Environmental Laws related in any way to the Property; (iii) any actual or potential Environmental Lien or activity use limitation; (iv) any required or proposed Remediation of environmental conditions relating to the Property required by applicable Governmental Authorities; and (v) any written or oral notice or other communication of which Lessee becomes aware from any source whatsoever (including but not limited to a Governmental Authority) relating in any way to Hazardous Materials, Regulated Substances or above or below ground storage tanks, or Remediation thereof at or on the Property, other than in Permitted Amounts, possible liability of any Person relating to the Property pursuant to any Environmental Law, other adverse environmental conditions in connection with the Property, or any actual or potential administrative or judicial proceedings in connection with anything referred to in this Section. Lessor shall promptly notify Lessee in writing upon receipt of any written or oral notice with respect to any matters identified in clause (v) above.
