Reimbursements and Purchase Orders Expense reimbursement is not guaranteed and, when possible, Board members should seek pre- approval of expenses by providing an estimation of expenses on the Board's standardized estimated expense approval form, except in situations when the expense is diminutive. When pre-approval is not sought, Board members must seek reimbursement on the Board's standardized expense reimbursement form. Expense reimbursements and purchase orders shall be presented to the Board in its regular bill process.
Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurements of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Engineer for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurements of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Engineer of the Engineer's obligations under this contract and the Regulations relative to nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
Other Methods of Procurement of Goods and Works The following table specifies the methods of procurement, other than International Competitive Bidding, which may be used for goods and works. The Procurement Plan shall specify the circumstances under which such methods may be used: (a) National Competitive Bidding (b) Shopping (c) Direct Contracting

Notifications of Outages and Maintenance In the event that a Registry Operator plans maintenance, it will provide notice to the ICANN emergency operations department, at least, twenty-‐four (24) hours ahead of that maintenance. ICANN’s emergency operations department will note planned maintenance times, and suspend Emergency Escalation services for the monitored services during the expected maintenance outage period. If Registry Operator declares an outage, as per its contractual obligations with ICANN, on services under a service level agreement and performance requirements, it will notify the ICANN emergency operations department. During that declared outage, ICANN’s emergency operations department will note and suspend emergency escalation services for the monitored services involved.
Third-Party Applications Oracle or third party providers may offer Third Party Applications. Except as expressly set forth in the Estimate/Order Form, Oracle does not warrant any such Third Party Applications, regardless of whether or not such Third Party Applications are provided by a third party that is a member of an Oracle partner program or otherwise designated by Oracle as “Built For NetSuite,” "certified," "approved" or “recommended.” Any procurement by Customer of such Third Party Applications or services is solely between Customer and the applicable third party provider. Customer may not use Third Party Applications to enter and/or submit transactions to be processed and/or stored in the Cloud Service, unless Customer has procured the applicable subscription to the Cloud Service for such use and access.
