Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any termination of or appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders and to each Rating Agency.
(b) Within 60 days after the occurrence of any Event of Default, the Trustee shall transmit by mail to all Certificateholders notice of each such Event of Default hereunder known to the Trustee, unless such Event of Default shall have been cured or waived.
Notification to Certificateholders. Upon any termination or appointment of a successor to the Servicer pursuant to this Article VIII, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register and to each Rating Agency.
Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any termination of the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 7.01 above or any appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 7.02 above, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register.
(b) Not later than the later of 60 days after the occurrence of any event, which constitutes or which, with notice or lapse of time or both, would constitute a Master Servicer Event of Default or five days after a Responsible Officer of the Trustee becomes aware of the occurrence of such an event, the Trustee shall transmit by mail to all Holders of Certificates notice of each such occurrence, unless such default or Master Servicer Event of Default shall have been cured or waived.
Notification to Certificateholders. Upon any termination of the Master Servicer or appointment of a successor master servicer, in each case as provided herein, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register. The Trustee shall also, within 45 days after the occurrence of any Event of Default known to the Trustee, give written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, unless such Event of Default shall have been cured or waived within said 45 day period.
Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any termination pursuant to Section 7.01 above or appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, the Certificate Administrator shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, to the Serviced Companion Loan Holders, and electronically, for posting to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website pursuant to Section 12.13 of this Agreement, to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider.
(b) Within 30 days after the occurrence of any Servicer Termination Event or Operating Advisor Termination Event of which a Responsible Officer of the Certificate Administrator has actual knowledge, the Certificate Administrator shall transmit by mail to all Holders of Certificates and any affected Serviced Companion Loan Holder (to the extent the Certificate Administrator has received the notice information for such Serviced Companion Loan Holder after a request therefor) and electronically, for posting to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider’s Website pursuant to Section 12.13 of this Agreement, to the Rule 17g-5 Information Provider notice of such Servicer Termination Event or Operating Advisor Termination Event, unless such Servicer Termination Event or Operating Advisor Termination Event shall have been cured or waived.
Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any termination of or appointment of a successor to a Servicer, the Securities Administrator shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders and to each Rating Agency.
(b) Promptly after the occurrence of any Event of Default, the Securities Administrator shall transmit by mail to all Certificateholders and each Rating Agency notice of each such Event of Default hereunder known to the Securities Administrator, unless such Event of Default shall have been cured or waived.
Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any termination or appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer or any Servicer, the Trust Administrator shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Sellers, and the Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register and to the Rating Agencies, or, as applicable, the Master Servicer shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Trust Administrator.
(b) Within two Business Days after the occurrence of any Event of Default, the Trust Administrator shall transmit by mail to the Sellers and all Certificateholders, and the Rating Agencies notice of each such Event of Default hereunder known to the Trust Administrator, unless such Event of Default shall have been cured or waived.

Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any termination or appointment of a successor to the Servicer pursuant to this Article VII or Section 6.04, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, the NIMS Insurer and each Rating Agency.
(b) No later than 60 days after the occurrence of any event which constitutes or which, with notice or a lapse of time or both, would constitute a Servicer Event of Termination for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Trustee becomes aware of the occurrence of such an event, the Trustee shall transmit by mail to all Certificateholders and to the NIMS Insurer notice of such occurrence unless such default or Servicer Event of Termination shall have been waived or cured.
Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any termination or appointment of a successor the Servicer pursuant to this Article VII, the Certificate Administrator shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register and each Rating Agency.
(b) No later than 60 days after the occurrence of any event which constitutes or which, with notice or a lapse of time or both, would constitute a Servicing Default for five Business Days after a Responsible Officer of the Trustee becomes aware of the occurrence of such an event, the Certificate Administrator shall transmit by mail to all Certificateholders notice of such occurrence unless such default or Servicing Default shall have been waived or cured.
