Common use of Notification to Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Notification to Certificateholders. (a) Upon any termination or appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer or any Servicer, the Trust Administrator shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Sellers, and the Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register and to the Rating Agencies, or, as applicable, the Master Servicer shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Trust Administrator. (b) Within two Business Days after the occurrence of any Event of Default, the Trust Administrator shall transmit by mail to the Sellers and all Certificateholders, and the Rating Agencies notice of each such Event of Default hereunder known to the Trust Administrator, unless such Event of Default shall have been cured or waived.
