Within two (2) business days of discovery, Business Associate will notify Covered Entity of any Breach of unsecured PHI in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.410. Within two (2) business days of discovery, Business Associate will notify Covered Entity of any other unpermitted acquisition, access, use, or disclosure of PHI not provided for in this Agreement.
