Notification to Holders of the Down-MACRO Tradeable Shares. Within two (2) Business Days after the Administrative Agent or the Trustee is notified or obtains actual knowledge of any Trustee Termination Event, the Administrative Agent or the Trustee, as applicable, shall give notice thereof to the Depositor and the Administrative Agent or the Trustee, as applicable, and notification of such Trustee Termination Event shall be filed by the Depositor on Form 8-K with the SEC.
