Common use of Notification to Noteholders and the Note Insurer Clause in Contracts

Notification to Noteholders and the Note Insurer. Upon any termination or appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer, the Indenture Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Noteholders and Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Note Register and to the Rating Agencies and the Note Insurer at its address appearing in the Insurance Agreement.
