Notification to Securityholders. Upon the Servicer becoming aware of any Servicer Default, the Servicer shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Trustee, the Transferor and any Enhancement Provider and, upon receipt of such written notice, the Trustee shall give notice to the Investor Securityholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Security Register. Upon any termination or appointment of a Successor Servicer pursuant to this Article X, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to the Transferor and to the Investor Securityholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Security Register.
