Common use of Notification to Securityholders Clause in Contracts

Notification to Securityholders. (a) Promptly following the occurrence of any Servicer Default, the Servicer shall give written notice thereof to the Trustee, the Backup Servicer, the Owner Trustee, the Trust Depositor and the Rating Agency at the addresses described in Section 13.04 hereof and the Trustee shall promptly forward such notice to the Noteholders and Certificateholder at their respective addresses appearing on the Note Register and the Certificate Register, respectively. (b) Within ten (10) days following receipt of a Termination Notice or notice of appointment of a Successor Servicer pursuant to this Article VIII, the Trustee shall give written notice thereof to the Trust Depositor (and the Trust Depositor shall promptly forward a copy of such notice to the Rating Agency) at the addresses described in Section 13.04 hereof and to the Noteholders and Certificateholder at their respective addresses appearing on the Note Register and the Certificate Register, respectively.

(b) Within ten (10) days following receipt of a Termination Notice or notice of appointment of a Successor Servicer pursuant to this Article VIII, the Trustee shall give written notice thereof to the Trust Depositor (Moody’s and the Trust Depositor shall promptly forward a copy of such notice to the Rating Agency) at the addresses described in Section 13.04 hereof and to the Noteholders and Certificateholder at their respective addresses appearing on the Note Register and the Certificate Register, respectively.

(b) Within ten (10) 10 days following receipt of a Termination Notice any termination or notice of appointment of a Successor Servicer pursuant to this Article VIII, the Indenture Trustee shall give written notice thereof to the Trust Depositor (each Rating Agency and the Trust Depositor shall promptly forward a copy of such notice to the Rating Agency) at the addresses described in Section 13.04 hereof 11.04 hereof, and to the Noteholders and Certificateholder at their respective addresses appearing on the Note Register and the Owner Trustee shall give written notice to the Certificateholders at their addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, respectively...
