Notification to the City of Failure to Make Payments. The Trustee shall notify the City of any failure by the City to make any Payment or other payment required under the Purchase Agreement to be made to the Trustee, in writing and within one (1) Business Day of any such failure. Such notice shall not be a prerequisite for the occurrence of an Event of Default.
