Notification to Trust Interest Owners, the Depositor and the Rating Agencies. (a) Upon any termination of the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, pursuant to Section 7.1 or appointment of a successor to the Servicer or Special Servicer, as the case may be, the Certificate Administrator shall, as soon as practicable, give written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register and to the Uncertificated VRR Interest Owners, the Depositor and the Rating Agencies.
