Common use of Notification to Union of Hirings and/or Terminations Clause in Contracts

Notification to Union of Hirings and/or Terminations. The Company shall provide the Union the names of any new bargaining unit employees as well as the names of any employees who have been promoted to management or terminated their employment. The Company shall also advise the Union, and the Union Chief Xxxxxxx the names of any individuals hired as temporary employees indicating their start date and expected duration of employment as a temporary employee. Both lists of names shall be in Excel format and sent via e-mail on a monthly basis.
