NOTIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY. The Holder shall be entitled to notices of certain events related to the Company to the same extent and in the same manner as the holders of the Series C Preferred Stock pursuant to the terms of the Certificate of Designations of the Series C Preferred Stock.
