Notifications Regarding Registration Statements. In order for any of the Investment Entities or Blackstone or the Continental Holders, as applicable, to exercise their right to demand that a registration statement be filed, they must include in their Demand Notice the number of Registrable Securities sought to be registered and the proposed plan of distribution. In the event that the Company is required to cutback or adjust the amount of the Registrable Securities to be included in a registration statement or offering, the Company shall adjust the Registrable Securities included by each of the Investment Entities on a pro rata basis amongst such entities.
