Notifications to Noteholders and the Equity Certificateholders. (a) Promptly following the occurrence of any Servicer Default of which it is aware, the Servicer shall give written notice thereof to the Trustees, the Depositor and each Rating Agency at the addresses described in Section 11.03 and to the Noteholders and Equity Certificateholder at their respective addresses appearing on the Note Register and the Certificate Register, respectively.
