NOTIFY BENEFICIARY. The Guarantor will: (a) notify the Beneficiary immediately if it is required to make any deduction or withholding; (b) ensure that such deduction or withholding does not exceed the legal minimum; and (c) pay the amount required to be deducted or withheld to the applicable taxation or other authority before the date on which penalties attach.
