Notify Enforcement Events. It will notify NGC of the occurrence of any Enforcement Event, any Potential Enforcement Event, or any other event or circumstance (including the issuing of proceedings) which might have a material adverse effect on it or NGC, immediately it becomes aware of it.
Notify Enforcement Events. (i) promptly upon becoming aware of the same notify the Mortgagee of the occurrence of any event which is, or which with the passing of time or the giving of notice or both would become, and Enforcement Event;
(ii) at any time at the request of the Mortgagee promptly provide to the Mortgagee a certificate signed by the Mortgagor that, except as previously notified in writing to the Mortgagee, no such event has occurred.
