Common use of Notify the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Clause in Contracts

Notify the Administrative Agent and the Collateral. Agent promptly whenever any separate insurance concurrent in form or contributing in the event of loss with that required to be maintained under this Section 5.02 is taken out by Holdings, Intermediate Holdings, the U.S. Borrower or any of the Subsidiaries; and promptly deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent a duplicate original copy of such policy or policies, or an insurance certificate with respect thereto.
