Common use of Notify Us Clause in Contracts

Notify Us. You must give immediate notice to us and/or our Authorized Representative and/or your Broker of any occurrence that may result in a claim under this policy. Give notice of all facts relevant to the loss, when, where, how, and the names and addresses of the persons and witnesses involved. Any legal papers or notices received must be immediately forwarded to us. We reserve the right not to pay any claim presented after one year from the date the loss or damage occurs.
