Notifying the Company. If a Person not a Party to this Agreement requests or demands that Executive disclose Confidential Information or produce documents containing Confidential Information, Executive will, to the extent permitted by law, immediately notify the CEO and will provide the Company a reasonable opportunity to respond to such request or demand before Executive responds to the request or demand.
