SBC-13STATE shall be entitled to disclose Proprietary Information on a confidential basis to regulatory agencies upon request for information as to SBC-13STATE’s activities under the Act and SBC- 13STATE need not provide prior written notice of such disclosure to CLEC if SBC-13STATE has obtained an appropriate order for protective relief or other reliable assurance that confidential treatment shall be accorded to such Proprietary Information.
