Common use of Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 6 Clause in Contracts

Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 6. 2.1, the Manager, in its sole discretion, may at any time and without prior notice require: (a) any “benefit plan investor” to withdraw all or a portion of such Member’s Interest or to exit the Company with respect to a Series on a date specified by the Company to such Member, including where the Manager determines that the withdrawal of a Member is needed to prevent the aggregate investment by benefit plan investors from equaling or exceeding 25% of the value of any class of equity interests in the Company or any Series.
