Notwithstanding Paragraph 15. 1.2 above, upon removal of the Spacecraft from storage, the Contractor shall not assume risk of loss relative to a Battery which Buyer directs Contractor to replace after the five-year storage period which disqualifies the battery for a 15-year mission. In that event, Article 30 herein entitled "Effects of Storage on Batteries," shall apply.
