Common use of NOVALTEK Servizi S Clause in Contracts

NOVALTEK Servizi S. r.l. with registered office in Monterado (Ancona), Vxx Xxxxxx xx. 18, tax code 02379340421, is a company operating as the developer of photovoltaic systems (the “Developer”). Upon endorsing this Contract, the Developer undertakes to co-operate with the Parties hereto and support the Contractor to ensure the proper performance of this Contract in relation to the transfer of the Building Permit, the STMC, and all permits in connection therewith, and of the Land Use Rights.
