Novartis Development. Novartis will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to conduct its Development of each Regional Licensed Product in accordance with the applicable RLP Development Plan, as such RLP Development Plan may be amended in accordance with this Agreement, in sound scientific manner and in compliance with applicable Law.
