Novartis Diligence. 5.3.1 In addition to the payment of the Extension Fee and as a further condition for Novartis to extend the Exclusivity Term, Novartis shall be obligated to maintain itself or through its Affiliates or sublicensees a diligent, continuous program of utilizing the Novel Validated Target to identify molecules useful for the development and manufacture of Products.
