Novations. The Company, the applicable subsidiary or the prior owner of a property of the Company has obtained, requested or is preparing to request all necessary novations required for the United States to recognize the applicable subsidiary as the successor in interest to the relevant prior owner of each property of the Company to the lessor’s interest under all leases with the General Services Administration or other Federal agencies relating to such property.
